2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the asik65 Platform. This age requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. asik65 strictly prohibits underage gambling.

Age Restriction: You must be 21 or older to create an account. asik65 uses age-verification checks during registration and KYC. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, asik65 reserves the right to close all but one account and may forfeit any bonus funds held across duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian ID card number (NIK), residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. asik65 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify asik65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at asik65's discretion at any other time, Members will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include:
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. asik65 may also close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. asik65 supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. asik65 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a formal change of payment method request has been approved following KYC verification.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where KYC documentation is outstanding.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. asik65 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering ( AML) principles. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. asik65 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual or of high value.
4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. asik65 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is debited from your account but does not appear in your asik65 Balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by asik65 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100,000 requires total qualifying wagers of Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Member's account will automatically expire and be forfeited without notice. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
5.4 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, including Baccarat and Roulette, typically contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets and sports betting markets contribute at rates specified per promotion.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. asik65 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — the use of multiple accounts, collusion, matched betting strategies, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is confirmed, asik65 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may permanently close the Member's account.
5.6 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Members who previously held an account under any name are not eligible for new-member promotions.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on asik65 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. asik65 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects an error in the odds, where markets have been suspended, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
6.2 Odds and Markets. Sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. For live in-play betting, odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager.
6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) is available on selected football and sports markets. All individual selections within a mix parlay must be correct for the full accumulator to win. If one or more legs are void, those legs are typically treated as single bets at odds of 1.00 unless promotion-specific rules state otherwise.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where a clear and manifest error in the published odds is confirmed. Void bets are refunded to the Member's account balance in full.
6.5 Slot and Casino Games. All slot games and live casino titles available on asik65 use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the individual game information panel.
6.6 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet placement, asik65 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers affected by a verified technical fault will be refunded.
7.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the asik65 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or public display of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of asik65.
8.3 The asik65 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to asik65. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asik65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
9.2 asik65's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 asik65 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude asik65's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10.1 asik65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. asik65 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13.2 Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
